Le programme Nova Scotia’s Thriving Forests finance des projets visant \u00e0 aider la Nouvelle-\u00c9cosse \u00e0 atteindre son objectif de planter 21 millions d’arbres. Les efforts de plantation ont pour but de lutter contre les changements climatiques, d’att\u00e9nuer la perte de biodiversit\u00e9 et de garantir des \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes forestiers sains. Les initiatives de plantation d’arbres peuvent aider les r\u00e9gions \u00e0 s’adapter aux changements climatiques en purifiant l’air et l’eau, en fournissant de l’ombre pour rafra\u00eechir les zones urbaines et en augmentant la r\u00e9sistance aux catastrophes.<\/span><\/p>\n
