The Youth Harbour Fund supports youth working in climate action through three streams:

• Action Grants – support youth-led organizations or under-funded projects working toward sustainability and climate action
  
  • Applications were due on November 3rd, 2025.
• Access Grants – provide funding for equity-deserving groups to attend face-to-face events such as conferences and workshops to enhance their networking and knowledge
  • Applications are currently open; funding will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
• Assembly Grants – support youth planning events in their communities such as educational sessions and mobilizations
  • Applications are currently open; funding will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
